Your purchase

Each product page lists the price in USD, delivered files, software requirements and overlap with other products. Purchases are one time. Fixed-edition downloads include no physical goods, subscription, accredited qualification, coaching or promised update schedule. The Lifetime Research Desk has its own separately stated scope for all original digital research product lines and unlimited published updates while Jersey Publishers owns Jasmonate.com. Review the product description, preview and license before purchasing.

Jersey Publishers creates, licenses and supports the products. Purchases completed through Gumroad are transactions for which Gumroad acts as merchant of record and handles checkout, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and digital delivery. Its transaction terms also apply. We remain responsible for our product descriptions and the promises we make.

What you receive

Download the delivered edition from your receipt or purchase library and keep a backup. Fully extract a ZIP before opening its contents. PDFs require a compatible reader; fillable journals require an AcroForm-compatible reader. CSV files require compatible spreadsheet software. Browser tools require a compatible current browser. Links to external papers require internet access.

The Cancer Research Reader is a reading and printing PDF with an editable claim CSV. The Breast Cancer Research Journal has fillable PDF fields, with printing and CSV fallbacks. Browser-local records are not cloud backups. Save and reopen entered PDF notes to check them, and export browser-tool backups where supplied.

Your license

Unless a separately identified component has a different license, the delivered product is licensed to one buyer with one authorized user for personal or internal records. You may print copies for your own records and adapt blank templates for that use. You retain the rights you hold in records you enter.

The license does not include resale, repackaging, sublicensing, public redistribution, distribution to clients or students, or presenting the publication as your own. Public facts, statutory permissions and separately licensed material keep their own rights. The full delivered license is available before purchase. No copyright, domain, account, equity or ownership in our business is transferred.

Choose around bundle overlap

The Garden Evidence Kit contains the workbook and the core notebook, field guide, published-study context sheets, crop source records and research templates. Some core materials are also sold individually. The workbook and templates pack share some templates. Check each product page so you can avoid paying for the same material twice.

The two cancer-reading products are separate from the garden bundle and from each other. The comparison calculator remains free.

A 30-day, any-reason refund

For a paid product purchase or paid Support the Page amount, request a full refund for any reason within 30 days through your purchase platform or info@jerseypublishers.com. Include the receipt or order reference, not card details. Refunds use the original transaction platform; bank-processing time is not promised. This voluntary policy adds to your mandatory consumer rights.

A free download has no paid amount to refund. Contact us about a missing or defective free-gift file so we can address the delivery issue.

Educational purpose and limits

Our publications and tools provide selected science explanations, source-reading methods, recordkeeping and descriptive comparisons. They do not diagnose, prevent or treat disease, supply medical or chemical-use instructions, predict crop responses or guarantee research, crop, financial or health outcomes. Read the Educational Use page and the limitations attached to each source.

You remain responsible for your interpretations and decisions. These educational limits do not remove our legal obligations or your protected consumer rights. We do not claim that you waive all liability by using a download.

Optional support

Support the Page accepts $0 or more with $5 suggested. Its sole immediate download is Nick’s thank-you PDF. Net proceeds are intended for Jasmonate educational publishing, hosting and maintenance, and development, testing and release of the proposed free iOS app. The October 2026 appeal has a cumulative $10,000 qualifying support goal. This is not an all-or-nothing escrow; funds may be used for these purposes as received. It is not a charitable donation, tax-deductible receipt, clinical or laboratory research contribution, investment or app preorder. Newsletter and signup gift

Purchasing or downloading a product does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. The newsletter uses a separate affirmative request and later email confirmation. At present, the form saves pending requests; confirmation messages, active subscriptions and gift-code delivery have not started. Read the October Offer Terms before submitting.

You may withdraw a pending request or unsubscribe after confirmation. Unsubscribing does not remove a delivered product or an already earned gift entitlement.

Your rights and our responsibilities

Nothing in these terms waives your rights under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, the Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act, or other mandatory consumer law. We do not restrict lawful reviews, complaints to authorities, privacy requests or statutory remedies. These terms contain no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Changes apply to future offers and use from the stated effective date. We do not retroactively remove the license, refund promise or gift conditions accepted for an earlier transaction. Contact info@jerseypublishers.com for product access or a reproducible file defect. No guaranteed response time, lifetime support or custom work is included.

Lifetime Research Desk membership

The Lifetime Research Desk provides unlimited access to all current and future original Jersey Publishers Jasmonate digital research product lines and every published update while Jersey Publishers owns Jasmonate.com. Founders: the first 15 paid memberships at $99.99 USD each. Builders: the next 35 at $250 USD each. Retail: $749.99 USD each thereafter. Every stage buys the same lifetime scope with one payment, plus applicable checkout taxes, and no subscription, renewal, per-file or per-update fee. Checkout confirms the current offer and availability; cohort sizes are not live numbers remaining. Free verified .edu grants do not consume paid cohort places. Existing valid purchasers keep their accepted access without a new cohort price or upgrade fee. The legacy $19.99 Grower Pass remains a separate offer with its own accepted scope. Keep downloaded files under their license after access ends. Future publication frequency and Apple approval are not promised. See /membership-terms for the full scope and refund terms.

The current /app route is a free web research desk. The native iOS app is coming soon, with development deferred pending traction and support. The intended future app is free, with no subscription or paid feature unlocks if funded and released; no contribution or membership will be required for it. Current paid downloadable inventory remains a separate offer and future app editions may overlap its content. No signed native download, release date or Apple approval is promised today. A refunded or disputed membership cannot access future member downloads. See /ios for the roadmap and support terms.

The site selects the lowest available paid tier. Checkout may allow a higher-priced tier to be selected early with the same benefits. Confirm your tier and total before paying.

Free academic access and attribution

Verified .edu mailbox holders may receive the complete current Jasmonate digital learning inventory and future additions without payment or newsletter enrollment. Eligibility is verified control of the mailbox, not a claim of enrollment, employment, qualifications, peer review or institutional endorsement. Manual verification and approval are required before private downloads open.

The separate Academic License at /academic-terms controls this grant, including educational research and teaching permissions, source attribution and limitations. It supplements any narrower personal-use notice packaged in the files for academic grantees. Cite Jasmonate.com when actually using its original material; cite original journals for their scientific findings. No requirement to fabricate an irrelevant citation, publish a paper, leave a review or endorse the project.

Lifetime means the operating lifetime of the digital inventory program; there is no annual renewal or graduation cutoff for an approved grant. Keep downloaded files under the academic license even if future access ends. No perpetual hosting, third-party paywall access, consulting, chemicals or native app release is promised.
